This year’s SITS exhibition event was held yesterday and 5E Ltd were excited to be present along with many other institutitions and IT-related organisations to find out more about new technologies within the IT service desk area including services for business productivity, IT operations and other smart working methods and tools including industry news and educational sessions.
5E learners took part in the Highbury College Heats yesterday as part of the World Skills 2016 competition. Certificates were issues in recognition of their achievements – here are some photos of the activities.
Gearing up for World Skills 2016, our students took part in some photographic material to promote the competition and their involvement representing 5E Ltd.
Our learners are taking part in three separate categories. The 1st category (Network System Administration) included Adnan Khawaja (Gold Medallist) and Rafal Ciezki.
In Sept/Oct 2012, advanced IT learners and tutors were in for a treat as Mike Meyers was invited to deliver a special lecture at Selby Centre. Mike Meyers is the IT industry’s leading A+ certification authority and instructot. He discussed the CompTIA A+ certification. His book on the subject is a must have reference guide called “A Plus” and contains essential material to prepare you for both the Core Hardware and Operating System Technologies exams. Mike met learners at 5E, answered their queries and motivated them on their career and training pathways.
