The Work Programme is designed to gain access and provide lasting employment and re-engage individuals into work. Our advice and guidance team undertake diagnostic assessments to ensure that any barriers to work and/or strengths and weaknesses are identified. These barriers are rectified through job search facilities and soft skills workshops i.e. leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution skills alongside interview skills and CV building. When required, specialist training classes are available to improve skillsets prior to gaining employment. Once you are employed an advisor will be in contact with you to keep up to date on your progress.
